In this project, the task was to redesign the cover of the novel The History of Bees (Binas historia) by Maja Lunde. The book weaves together three stories from different times and locations, with humanity's dependence on bees as the common thread.

When approaching the design, I wanted to emphasize the darker side of the book—the sense of loss and the consequences of the bees' disappearance. Therefore, I chose a more dramatic expression and focused on an illustrative style that could reflect the serious and somber themes of the story.
