Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

In accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping online.

Your right of withdrawal begins the day you receive your order. To exercise your right, you must notify us clearly within 14 days of receiving your package by emailing us at: contact@ansley.se.

Condition of Goods

To receive a full refund, the art prints or stickers must be returned in their original, pristine condition and in their original packaging (e.g., shipping tubes or flat mailers). If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics or function, we reserve the right to make a depreciation deduction from your refund.

Returns & Costs

• Return Shipping: You (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like PostNord), as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

Damaged Goods & Complaints (Reklamation)

If your poster or sticker arrives bent, creased, or damaged by the shipping courier, you have a legal right to claim a defect under Swedish consumer law (Konsumentköplagen). Please take photos of the damaged packaging and the item immediately and contact us at contact@ansley.se so we can send you a free replacement.
